As a result of our stance for high quality housing, our architects work in close association with the engineers, the builders and the design department in order to make defaults free villas. This Team, including outside expert consultants, have been working for 3 years on this project while building other villas in Bali.

The interior design and garden start with a global assesement of the surroundings. Having already builds villas one kilometer away from the Villa Mantra spot, the team managed a succeful integration of the villas with themes garden and high class furnitures.

The Bali subterrean water reserves are diminushing and the prices of water has rised. Villa Mantra use a triple water filter system including a menbrane one on the rain water and a double bacterial one on the recycled water. This recyled water hence give a blossoming garden and save the bill.

Using a technic develloped in northen Europe and the USA, the hot ouside air is send thru a grid six meters underground then, after cooling, come up to refresh the rooms allowing a lesser use of the traditional air conditionning system. Less recycled A.C. air hence a better health and less of the electricity bill.

The laundrymat use by the staff to wash the linen is a good example of the interactions born of the ecological choices. The ozone washing machines uses no chemical -the water can be recycled for the flowers- and are stored in underground air cooled stores. The linen are clean and not itchy.
